Profile: Peruvian Solutions Network, Horizon-Peru
The Peruvian Solutions Network, now formally organized as Horizon-Peru, a not-for-profit organization, is a network of Horizon International volunteers in Peru. The network’s aim is to (1) discover successful solutions and inspiring initiatives in the field of health, environment and development that are resolving problems around Peru now, (2) to disseminate the knowledge about solutions through conferences, training, workshops, etc and to (3) develop further solutions, ideas and new approaches through the interaction and sharing of experiences of participants.

Horizon International Associates Program
Horizon Associates, consisting of interns, volunteers and research fellows, help to find and share knowledge of successful initiatives through the Horizon Solutions Site at www.solutions-site.org, Horizon’s Magic Porthole Coral Reef program including by providing content for its Web site at www.magicporthole.org, television programs, (see www.horizoninternationaltv.org), other IT outreach, and opportunities provided in conjunction with entities cooperating with Horizon International and through other avenues. Assignments are personalized in order to help associates to more fully realize their own potential while realizing tangible results from their work for the benefit of others.

Horizon Solutions Site: Call for Articles and Case Studies on Ways to Reduce Global Climate Change.
Horizon International invites your participation with its efforts to reduce Global Climate Change by sharing knowledge of proven initiatives of every scale. Bike paths, energy conservation measures for homes and offices, manufacturing techniques, energy production, transportation, agricultural processes, reduced consumption -- all efforts are important and have a cumulative impact.

We invite you, your colleagues and friends to submit case studies and articles, to provide links to the Horizon Solutions Site, to assist with dissemination of information from and about the Site, and to become a Horizon Associate (an intern, volunteer, or research fellow).
