Beyond a detailed discussion of goals, methods, successes and failures, etc., a case study submission should include the following information:

the background of the problem being addressed
how and by whom the solution was initiated
how long it has been underway
how well it is working
what are (or were) the constraining factors such as costs or limitations of materials
the applicability and feasibility for replication locally, regionally, internationally
where, if anywhere, it has been replicated
if it has been formally evaluated, what the results were and by whom the evaluation was conducted.

Photographs and other visual materials would be most valuable to illustrate the effort both for our review purposes and for inclusion in the Site if your submission is accepted.
