Julius Najah Fobil

Julius Najah Fobil is gathering case studies for the Horizon Solutions Site and raising awareness of the site in his country. Previously, he worked with Ghana's National Electoral Commision monitoring the 1992 elections. At the University of Ghana, Mr. Fobil was a teaching and research assistant in the Department of Zoology. He is a candidate for a Master of Philosophy degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Ghana.

Mr. Fobil, a member of the International Solid Waste Association (ISWA), recently presented two scientific papers: Waste Stream Analysis of MSW in the Accra Metroplis, a paper presented at the Faculty of Science Colloquium (5th-6th June, 2000), University of Ghana; and Physico-chemical analysis of MSW in the Accra Metropolis at the West African Journal of Applied Ecology seminar, Ecological Laboratory University of Ghana (6th-7th July, 2000).
