With many landscapes similar to the Andean region, Bolivia is trying to improve tourism activities for the development and conservation of important sites. Here, at the Sajama National Park.

 

This species of ostrich inhabits different regions of lowlands. Affected by loss of habitat and use of its feathers for various purposes.

 

Moving so slowly, a three-toed sloth is looking for new leaves to eat in the Manuripi-Heath Protected Area.

 

A group of peccaries sleeping and taking care of the newborns. This species moves in large groups and is affected by over-hunting.
