"Sometimes you are able to hear the roar of a jaguar or see footprints in the rain forest. At that time, I know that all our little efforts are valuable, and feel confident and optimistic about the future of our nature. We have inherited the most diverse community of living creatures that has ever occupied our planet. Now, to fulfill the responsibility we have toward coming generations, that they would be able to use, protect, and appreciate all of these wonders and gifts of the nature, we must try to improve the situation we are currently facing. We have a responsibility toward our nature, toward our endangered and threatened world and toward ourselves.

There is a time in the life of one human being, when all that it is inside his mind, his soul, and his heart is reflected in his eyes and in his attitude to save that image forever. At that particular moment, the human being is communing with nature."
